Paula is skilled at motivating you to maintain a regular Pilates practice as you progress in your fitness goals. She is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor who has been teaching at her own studio full-time for over 20 years. Paula spent most of her life working with dressage horses and riders, and she fell in love with how dressage helps make a horse happier and healthier in its body, just like Pilates does with our bodies. This experience taught Paula that an invigorating, engaging and sustainable practice in these disciplines brings about positive transformation that is deep and permanent. She is certified in Polestar based Pilates with Tatiana Habanova, and she has a comprehensive teacher certification in Power Pilates. Additionally, Paula is a certified eating psychology coach through The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Paula is amazed and passionate by the miracles she sees every day in her studio, as people get results they didn’t know were possible.
